Intregients:  1 cup Homemade Vanilla Glucerna

  • 1 small ripe banana
  • ¼ %tsp vanilla extract

Direction: In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve.  

APPLE SMOOTHIE

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Intregients:  1 cup Homemade Vanilla Glucerna

  • 1 ripe apple
  • ¼ %tsp vanilla extract

Direction: In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve.  

PAPAYA SMOOTHIE

AVOCADO SMOOTHIE

BREAD PUDDING

3 cup Homemade Vanilla Glucerna

  • 5 pieces whole wheat bread, cubed
  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened corn or bran flakes
  • ½ cup egg substitute

For topping:
1 ¾ cups fresh bluebeeries (can be frozen)

  • ⅓ cup sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup sugar-free maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp f resh lemon juice
